We've bought two car seats from them and will also buy the next stage up. We have had excellent customer service and can only highly recommend this company.
What surprises me, is the extremely poor advice from companies - car dealers/dedicated baby stores. Without baby2000 we would have been driving round thinking that our son was safe when he wouldn't have been.
