  I was treated on 10/07/2017 by Wayne Chester-Davis who told me that I need treatment involving spinal manipulative therapy and soft tissue technique including acupuncture and rehabilitative exercise – however
  1. No description of the details of the treatment were given – Wayne uses unrelated to treatment conversation distraction method and surprise you with sudden treatments.
  2. Wyne did not discuss of the number of the sessions needed and associated costs with me - however his letter to my GP claims that he discussed the course and that ‘I have agreed on a course of 6 sessions’ !!
  3. rehabilitative exercise (given on a piece of paper without any explanation)
  4. I asked for my notes and noticed that he didn’t make a note of my neck/shoulder treatment which he done suddenly to me and as he finished he was surprised that my right shoulder moved easily.
  5. In my next visit to Wayne examined the right collarbone swelling inflicted by his treatment and responded that I am too sensitive! no advice was given.
  Results
  Sterno clavicular injury/swelling as well as pain in shoulder/arm/hand
  I have been suffering now for 2 months as a result of the treatment. I had pain all over my back the first 2 weeks that I had to use pain killers which I don’t usually use. Communication with Wayne to find out what happened to me was difficult. After seeking help from another Chiropractor Wyne finally provided me the missing notes of my back/shoulder treatment which caused right sterno clavicular injury/swelling and pain in shoulder/arm/hand
  I am limited in what I can do, as I have pacemaker on my left shoulder (limited movement and can’t carry heavy weight) and now as a result of this treatment my right shoulder is painful too – the GP advised to avoid stretching it. I am unable to sleep on my right side. The pain disturbs my sleep and my health is deteriorating.
