- George Logua Review added: 2018.05.04★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Scam company. Insured my phone via Insurance2go, a partner of CityMain Administrators Limited and Loyal Insurance Services Ltd. When I made a claim they sent me a faulty refurbished phone. When I contacted them they tried to tell me that they are not officially authorised by Apple to refurbish phones and for that reason they use alternative companies to repair their phones and more than that do not use genuine iPhone parts, which automatically voids official apple warranty. Would NOT recommend to use them at all. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND ITS PARTNERS.
- Adam Smith Review added: 2018.01.28★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Smooth claim, but a terrible repair! Cheap ‘compatible parts’, phone now has lever marks around the edge of the screen, a poorly fitting screen with a lip around the edge and visible rubber seal. Poor response from customer support, wanting me to send the phone back, but don’t see any problem! I’ve decided not to risk it, on a £900 phone, I’m cancelling and going back to apple.
