Having been to university and needed help during term, my so called "therapist" Sadie kept cancelling my cbt appointments and lied to management claiming it was me. She lied giving me a false diagnosis with no standing and her management threatened me when I went to complain. After two years, I am reeling that they left me scared to complain and have lost trust in this facility. Do not know if that Sadie is there still but she was an appalling excuse for a "therapist"
